Acceptable Use Policy
A short, plain-language list of the things you must not do with EXEAURA. It applies alongside our Terms of Service.
1. Principles
EXEAURA exists to help professionals present themselves honestly and effectively. Use it in ways that are lawful, truthful, respectful of others, and consistent with the terms of the platforms where you publish (particularly LinkedIn). We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that breach this policy.
2. Prohibited uses
You must not use the service to:
- Impersonate another person, fabricate credentials, or misrepresent professional experience.
- Generate or distribute spam, mass unsolicited outreach, or automated engagement on LinkedIn or elsewhere.
- Publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, harassing, or that infringes intellectual property.
- Create sexually explicit, violent, or child-endangering content.
- Generate content designed to mislead readers about who wrote it in contexts where authorship matters (regulatory filings, academic submissions, court documents).
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract training data from Exeaura's models, prompts or capability library.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the service without written authorization (see our responsible disclosure policy).
- Circumvent quotas, entitlements, or rate limits.
- Upload malware, or use the service to distribute malware or run denial-of-service attacks.
- Use the service in violation of export controls, sanctions, or applicable law.
3. LinkedIn responsibilities
When you connect a LinkedIn account, you remain responsible for compliance with LinkedIn's Terms of Service. Do not use Exeaura to automate connection requests, endorsements, or messaging in ways LinkedIn prohibits. Scheduling posts on your behalf is permitted through LinkedIn's official publishing APIs and only after you connect your account.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations, request additional information, and take actions ranging from a warning to immediate suspension or termination, with any refund eligibility determined under applicable law and the refund terms applicable to the purchase. We may also report unlawful activity to competent authorities where required.
5. Report abuse
To report abuse of the service or of a specific account, email support@yukta4u.com with as much detail as you can provide.
