Executive AI Transparency
We use AI heavily. This page explains where, how, and where you as the human remain accountable. It supplements — it does not replace — our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. The role of AI in EXEAURA
EXEAURA uses artificial intelligence to accelerate professional-brand work: analysing your profile, generating drafts, extracting insights from your history, routing tasks to specialised agents, and surfacing recommendations. AI in Exeaura is an assistant, not an author of record. Every material output is intended for human review, editing, and approval before it is published or acted on.
2. AI technology and third-party processing
EXEAURA uses AI-assisted analysis, writing, information retrieval and visual generation to provide requested professional deliverables. Different tasks may use different external technologies; we may change the underlying models as the platform evolves. No particular commercial model is promised for a given deliverable.
Relevant prompts, profile context or files may be sent to third-party AI services for processing. The exact data use, storage, retention and training restrictions depend on the applicable provider terms, contracts and product settings. We do not claim that every provider request has zero retention.
Our Subprocessors page identifies relevant service providers and their roles. The Privacy Policy explains personal data processing and applicable rights.
3. Personalisation versus model training
EXEAURA can use your saved Brand DNA, professional profile, Knowledge Vault and feedback to personalise your own results. Personalisation is not the same as training a shared foundation model. EXEAURA does not train its own general-purpose foundation model on your content. External providers may handle inputs according to their API terms and configured data controls, as described above. Please review your privacy settings before enabling optional data collection or improvement features.
4. Limits of AI (hallucination notice)
Large language models can confidently produce content that is inaccurate, out-of-date, or fabricated. Numbers, citations, quotes, dates, credentials and technical claims must be verified by you before publication. Exeaura provides safeguards (Identity Lock, style enforcement, quality checks) but cannot guarantee absence of error.
5. Not professional advice
AI output from Exeaura is not legal, tax, medical, financial, career, or immigration advice. Where such advice matters, consult a qualified professional. Exeaura does not accept responsibility for decisions taken solely on the basis of AI output.
6. Ownership of AI output
You own the AI drafts generated for you subject to the licence in our Terms of Service. You are responsible for ensuring that outputs you publish do not infringe third-party rights or misrepresent your credentials.
7. Human responsibility
You are the accountable author of anything published from Exeaura. Our review workflows encourage — but cannot enforce — that you edit and approve every draft before publication. Please do.
8. Privacy and safety guardrails
Our AI workflows use application safeguards, access controls, content checks and operational logging, but no automated safeguard is infallible. Some prompts, provider responses and diagnostic metadata may be processed or retained for service delivery, reliability and abuse prevention. See the Privacy Policy, Data Retention Policy and Trust Centre for relevant practices and limitations.
9. Synthetic media and disclosure
AI-generated images, audio and other synthetic media may be subject to platform labelling, provenance or legal disclosure requirements. Review the rules of the platform where you publish and do not remove required content-origin information. Generating an asset does not by itself establish that the asset meets every destination platform's disclosure requirements.
