Relevant information from your EXEAURAOS profile or request may be processed by third-party AI services to produce the result. EXEAURAOS does not train its own general-purpose foundation model on your professional content. Your Brand DNA, PIM snapshot and Memory Engine context are injected into every prompt. Outputs are filtered to strip generic AI phrasing.
Every AI output is a draft you review before it publishes. Report bad outputs from the Feedback page to improve the model routing.

Common issues and quick fixes.
Request a fresh magic link (they expire quickly). Check spam. If nothing arrives within two minutes, email support@yukta4u.com.
Hard-refresh the page. If it persists, disable browser extensions that block third-party scripts, then check the Status page.
Retry once. If it fails again, the AI provider may be degraded — check /status. Persistent failures should be reported via Feedback, Bug report.
LinkedIn tokens expire periodically. Re-authorise from Account, Connected Providers. If it happens weekly, contact support.

Recommendations are generated against recruiter-search signals, executive positioning frameworks and current AI-search indexing patterns. They are guidance, you stay in control of what you publish.
AI-assisted content, human oversight and responsible data handling.
Professional analysis, writing, visual generation and information retrieval require different capabilities. EXEAURAOS selects and may change its underlying technology without changing the purpose of your requested deliverable. Details of third-party organisations that may process customer data are maintained on our Subprocessors page.
EXEAURAOS does not train its own general-purpose foundation model using your content. Producing AI-assisted results may involve sending relevant prompts, files or context to external providers. Their data use and retention are governed by applicable API terms, agreements and configured controls. We do not promise zero retention for every request; consult our Privacy Policy and Subprocessors page for further information.
Where available and relevant, EXEAURAOS uses your Brand DNA, professional profile, preferences and supporting evidence to guide tone and positioning. AI-generated wording can still be imperfect, so review and adjust it before publication.
AI can produce inaccurate or unsupported statements. Check facts, qualifications, dates, quotations and rights before approving or scheduling content. Use the available editing and review tools and report errors through Feedback.
What we collect, why, and your rights over it.
The professional data you provide, resume, LinkedIn profile content, career goals, generated content, and standard product telemetry (page views, feature usage) to improve the product.
Only you. Row-level security scopes every record to your user account. Support staff access requires an explicit access grant from you.
Yes. Export and permanent deletion are available in Account → Privacy. Deletion is irreversible and removes your Brand DNA, Knowledge Vault and generated content.
How your account and content are protected.
All traffic uses TLS. Data at rest is encrypted by the managed database provider. Secrets are stored in a managed vault and never exposed to the client.
Passwordless email links or verified email/password, optional Google OAuth, and per-row database policies. Admin access is separated from user access via a dedicated role table.
Yes. Automated policy and dependency scans run continuously. Findings are triaged into the platform's security memory and remediated on a priority basis.
Where your data lives and how long we keep it.
Managed cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest. Executive-plan customers can request the current region on record.
As long as your account is active. On deletion, your Brand DNA, Knowledge Vault and generated content are removed within 30 days.
Only with the sub-processors necessary to operate the product (AI providers, payment processor, email provider). Your data is never sold.
